Admission Requirements

Prior to completing this application, please review the Nursing Admission Requirements below.

• Baccalaureate Degree: Professional Option-Students Who Have Not Attended College (Professional BSN 4 year program-High School Applicants)
• Baccalaureate Degree: Change of Degree or Transfer Students (Professional BSN 4 year program-Current or Transfer Students)
• Accelerated Second Degree Baccalaureate Option For Current PNW or Transfer Students (Accelerated BSN Program-Current or Transfer Students)
• LPNs Seeking a Baccalaureate Degree
• Baccalaureate Degree: Online RN-BSN for Registered Nurses Only

Note: Simply meeting the above requirements does not guarantee admission to the Nursing Program. All applicants to Nursing are reviewed and the best qualified are admitted. Enrollment is limited.

Note: Current high school students, transfer students or re-entry students need to ONLY fill out the PNW application and select the Nursing program they desire. No other application is needed to apply to Nursing. Please click here for the PNW application.
